I can’t speak more highly of Terry Evangelou, Dream Home Design; his approach and guidance made my big decision to develop, outstandingly easy and stress free.

Not knowing what to expect, my first meeting was an hour long discussion.

At this time Terry simply asked me and recorded all the things I like and  then the things I definitely wouldn’t like in my new home.

This covered for example style, open plan, light, lots of windows, high ceilings, wider than normal doors, outdoor deck, the ability to live on one level (when ageing difficulties may arise)and many more of my ideas.

Terry recorded these, and went away to draw up plans.

The result was incredible. One aspect of the plan that I didn’t like, was changed promptly and very cleverly, and I am now living in my beautiful new home – the result of that second draft.

Not only did Terry complete plans that I just love, but his initial, clear and thorough outline of costs involved, his work with the Council in getting plans and permits approved made the challenge of re-developing an exciting and easy process.

Working full-time often makes things tricky, but Terry was always obliging; making sure meetings etc. were conveniently “after hours” at my home.

 I would recommend anybody considering building, re-developing or even renovating to contact Terry Evangelou. I am now living and loving my true “Dream Home”!
